NGONI SPEARS
The NGONI: Caught up in battles with King Shaka's Zulu warriors (South Africa), some chiefs were forced to look for new territories to assert their lost power. The Ngoni were feared all over the country and exercised power from Lake Nyasa to the Indian Ocean and from North of Hehe lands to the Southern Yao.
